Bally Astrocade BASICAudio Program Sampler - any info on it?

My girlfriend got me an astrocade at a garage sale, which she said had no games with it. when she got it home i saw it had the original basic cart, interface, and this sampler/demo tape.
Games on the sampler are:
side A - 1. electric doily
2. Line Graph
3. Monthly Records
4. Electronic Music(cutting edge for 1978!!)
5. Number Match

Side B - 1.Lunar Lander
2. Gravity Game
3. Newtona '500'

This tape is # APC-7001

the instruction book with the basic cart advertises this sampler in the back, but i found no mention of it in the DP guide. anyone else have one or know rarity of it? Cool find or not so much?
