If this is considered off topic, please lock this or move it. I figured this was the best place for it.
Basically looking for advice.
I sold a cheap ($16 w/ shipping) digial camera back on June 30th and never heard from the buyer until I filed a NPB 2 weeks later. They promised me a money order (against auction terms) and never heard anything else until 2 weeks later when I closed the dispute and got my FVF back and I left neg feedback. I sent a short email 2 days before the close asking for status on payment. I recieved a nasty email the day after the close stating the I should have already recieved the money order. Turns out that they did send it--same day as I sent the email asking for the status. The auction is done, closed and I don't want to follow through after all of this. I recieved the payment today. Would it be acceptable to just "Return to Sender" the envelope (I have not openend it)? Technically the auction is closed, so I should have no responsibility.
So basically, if I want to return the money order and not follow through, its my own personally CORRECT choice right?
