I won this item, it arrvied today. He described it as being in "Excellent" condition. However, the back of the game was pretty scuffed up and had two medium/large sized scratches in it. Should I complain or are my standards too high (and I must admit, I simply can't stand CDs that look like they were previous owned by a two year old with access to sand paper). I also just noticed that he auctioning off several of the same kiosks but is using the same picture for each item... I'm starting to get suspicious. However, he has perfect feedback so it might be a losing battle.

Ask the seller about it immediately but maintain a civil tone. Often I've received things that weren't as described (or even pictured!) and found that talking it over will result in at least a refund or replacement.

The picture clearly shows a flawless bottom on that demo disk, I wouldn't be happy at all if I received something unlike it.

The fact that he has no negative feedback (yet) might render him more receptive to bending over backwards.
