Hello and a question!

Hi everyone, I am a new member here and I hope this is the right place to ask my question.

I was actually directed here from the shmups.com forum, because today a curious item came into my possession.

What I have is a Nintendo Ultra hand, from what I gather it is complete and boxed.

Here is a picture I took of it:
