I'm a 1.50 man myself, but I thought a lot of people here would be interested in this since so many PSP owners have been stuck on 2.60 firmware for a while.
Apparently, someone has figured out how to run ISO's on 2.60 firmware. Didn't read too much on it but it seems to be legit:
