I have officially given up trying to find this game in the wild. I am looking for a cart with a decent label (no writing or stickers, etc). Offering $10 shipped. It would cost you about $1.50 to ship in a bubble mailer first class.
DP and VGC magazine list the value at $5, so I feel my offer is more than fair. :)
