I'm pretty sure there is no Super Mario All-Stars + Super Mario World box. It was a pack-in with the later SNES models iirc. Just trying to help you out with that wild goose chase. Hope you find everything else you're looking for. :)

There is in Europe because it did end up being sold separately. I guess you can hope the same happened in the US :)
