I loved the Lore section of DP7, what if in DP8 there's a section of stories of how most of us got into gaming in the first place?

Any book we ever publish will have LORE, including 8th Edition, or even the 1st Edition of the "Advance" (newer systems). There's no restrictions on the LORE entries - participants can write about how they got started in gaming, in fact many of them over the years have been about that very subject.
So in short, yes.
