The only one that is decent IMHO is Magic Engine. Actually, it is just about perfect. Compatible with 99.9% of the HUcards, most all of the CD-Rom's, and the emulation is dead on. Only drawback is that it is a pay emulator, but it is worth it. It's like $16 I believe. I bought it a few years ago and it is probably the best emu related purchase I have ever made. Once purchased, free upgrades forever.

Only one? The xbox emu is pretty much spot on as well ;) (although sometimes I think I noticed it ran a teeny bit fast). 'Course I think at this point it's limited to hu card images..
