I played Smash TV yesterday and for some reason the screen comes up too small. I thought I could fix it by turning off "enforce aspect ratio" and while I was in there I unchecked "throttle".
Turning off throttle made the game run super fast, and it was actually kind of cool!
So two questions:
-are there any other games enhanced by turning off the throttle? The other ones I tried besides Smash TV were unplayable (try Robotron or Berzerk and you'll see what I mean)
-is this a good speed fix? Before I upgraded my box I had a problem running the Mortal Kombat games...I hadn't thought turning off throttle would work (I don't really know what it does but I assume it makes the game run at correct speed on a fast computer)
