That's right, the time has come for me to part with 99% of my collection. My loss can now be your gain.
Been quite a year for myself, moved from one side of the country to the other, moved back, got married and expecting my first child in Jan. It's been an exciting (and expensive) time.
I need money to help with purchasing my new (and baby safe) car, lots of random baby accessories, pay down some debt etc.
I'm keeping anywhere from 20-100 loose carts I may actually play, but the rest is up for grabs. Mostly NES era, but includes:
500+ NES Games (Roughly 40% Are Complete)
300+ Loose NES Manuals
200+ Loose SNES Manuals
500+ Other Games
This figure are pulled out of the air becuase I haven't done a full count in some time. There probally on the lower side of the scale.
Also included are some nice SNES rares, lots of vintage crap like promo mosepads, buttons, trading cards etc.
Possibly lots of NES pirates and non US carts. Something here for everyone.
Espically great if you're looking to fill gaps in a NES collection. Opportunity to grab some missing commons and well as a few harder carts/mans/boxes.
I will be posting a full list on the 26th of August. This is a Saturday and I will most likely post it around lunch time. I will finalize a time if requested.
Why am I making this post now without my list?
Well, I know what it's like to not check DP for a few days and realize I missed a "HUGE" thread where I could have filled a lot of gaps in my collection. I also know how it sucks when a awsome sale comes along and I'm strapped for cash.
Hopefully, with advance warning I may be able to help a few people who would have missed out otherwise.
Also, by setting a date, it forces me to get this done. My time is tight at the moment and this will force me to make time to get the list finalized.
Hopefully, you'll all stay tuned. :D
