View Full Version : Dumb question - do US XBox 360 Live codes work in Canada?

What the title said. A Canadian wants to buy one of my XBox 360 Live Gold packages, but he doesn't know if the code will work in their country or not. Does anyone know if they do?
Canada doesn't get three-month cards as far as I know, which is why I ask. Thanks!

I don't know for a fact, but I don't see why not. Usually in terms of territory, Canada and the US are treated as one country, and I really don't see why Microsoft would bother creating separate 360 Live code sets for Canada and the US.

They sell 1250 point cards in canada....
the 1600's dont work in canada.

Yeah which is bullshit
I bought some 1600 points and keep getting an invalid code
but I called MS Support and hopefully can get the points credited to me
damn them should have just one points cards for US and Canada
