Basically I had an auction end about 7 days ago for a snes game, the buyer emails me 3 days later asking where his package is at. I tell him it has been shipped and should be there soon, a few days after that I get message saying "Either you refund my money or I will take steps toward legal actions."
I have a tracking number to prove I sent it, is there actually anything this dude can do, legal wise? He also opened a dispute and I gave them the tracking number.. Should I just refund this dudes money, or let paypal handle it?

Did you enter the tracking number through Paypal? If he bitches at them they will point to the number and say that it hasn't been delivered yet, therefore making his bitching useless since they won't side with him, I guess.

He can't do shit to you and is just making lame empty threats in the hopes you don't know shit.
As long as you have a DC #, you are good. They recently increased the cost for a DC # from 50 cents to 60, but you gotta get em everytime. The ONLY time I will send a package off w/o getting a DC # is if I'm sending a game to a "friend" I know I can trust. Saves me 60 cents in that case...
