It's for Super Famicom I think. I don't really know if you can use it for Super Nintendo, but I've seen these before where you can. This is a device to save cartridges on 3.5" disks.
No disks. Complete in box, although no apparent instructions. First $50 to my paypal gets it shipped to the US or Canada. It will cost more to ship outside of the US or Canada, at additional cost.

I don't mean to butt in here, but I have that EXACT system, and yes it does work on a SNES if you have the little tabs on the SNES cut out so that you can insert SFC carts. No other modding required.

Thanks for the bud in! BTW, I set a price for convenience, but I'm open to offers as well. The 'BIN' is $50 including shipping though.

It's a sweet unit at a nice price. I've got one of these that I use. You'll just need to add an AC adapter, an extra SNES one will work, and you'll be up and running. Tototek sells more ram as well, so y ou can upgrade to hold more games. You can even hook the SF7 up to the computer via the parallel port if you've got a port that's not too picky. UCon64 is a useful piece of software to pick up.
Here's a few more links that have some more info.

And finally, my crappy page about it too. There's a manual scan there.

An SNES adaptor won't work. The plug is too big. You can use a Genesis 1 or Megadrive AC adaptor.

How much ram does it have? I think the base amount is 16megs.

Thanks for all the interest and useful info about the unit. I did manage to sell it already. It's paid up and I'll mail it in the next couple days. All PM's should be replied to by now.
I got my asking price and it's going to a buyer in the US. Perhaps I could have gotten more, but I didn't.
And if you're wondering what I'm going to do with the money, I'll probably just buy N-gage games from ArcadeAntics with it, thank you very much.

Damn. That was a mighty cheap price that you sold it for. Especially a boxed one. Congrats to the buyer.
