I got it for free with games I bought..I just want to know..what kind of DS Card I use for it & how do I upload it to my GBA Movie cart, It's black..on the bottem it says, Movie, Music, E-Book..it dosn't have a USB port...

A picture of it would help.
Its either going to take SD or Compact Flash cards which you'll need the appropriate card reader to hook up to your PC

It accepts Compact Flash (type 1) cards. You'll need either a multi-card reader for your PC to access those or you can get a little USB stick compact flash reader for really cheap which does the job. You have to convert music and movies to to a GBA movie player specific format (gbs and gbm respectively) which the converter programs can be downloaded from the site above. As well as playing back music and movies it can display text and jpg files. It also can play GBA roms (though not many because you are restricted to a limited amount of memory) and is very very useful for running NES and Game Boy emulators, of which the NES emu is built in to the latest firmware I believe. Updated firmware is also available on the site above.
