Not sure if this is the right board or not, but its the closest I could find. While garage saling I scored a Super Mario Bros cake pan for $1. It's in great shape, it even has the original paper insert with the instructions on it. But I have a problem; price stickers. I already got the garage sale $2 sticker off but the Ames $9.99 and Clearance $6.00 are still there (there was another sticker but was already picked off). So my question is; should I attempt to take off the price stickers or just leave them on there. I'll be hanging on to this for as long as I can, but in case I ever do sell it, I want to maximize my profit.

Get a hairdryer. Use it on the sticker. That thing usually loosens up price stickers easily, just be careful not to damage the plastic or stuff with the heat. :)

I would leave them. Sorry but I doubt you probably couldn't get much for that item with or without stickers. Cool thing for you collection though, I would bake a Mario cake and have a party. :)

Is something like that valuable? I'd just get it so my wife could make a mario cake :D

Since price stickers are easy to remove but you can't legitimately put them back on, I'd leave them there. It gives the piece some provenance (a fancy word for "history" that you can throw around to make yourself sound like you know something, like I just did :) ).

Given the age of the original price tags, I'll bet that the glue has dried and permanently bonded to the paper.

If you try to remove them, you will likely tear the paper, which is much worse than a price tag.

A Mario Party right? :D
*sees it now*
Lawn objects all over the place, cars parked in rows, obsticle courses and minigames everywhere. To simulate the game you have a Candyland board out.
