I noticed this guy just changed his name from mark masis to guitardude1788. Last time I bought from one of these I got ripped. They are selling a lot of snes games including chrono trigger and earthbound which they also sold in an auction a few days ago.

Could be completely legit - I know we have some top notch investigators here. Any further input on this?

Changing your ebay name isn't necessarily indicative of anything being amiss. Sometimes people change what they sell or whatnot.

If the seller listed the same lot of games twice, then he could have relisted due to a deadbeat bidder. If the seller listed the same lot of games three or four or five times, then it could be a potential fraud, but you never know.

right on. The one time I bought from someone that switched their name, they ripped off a ton of people, me included and then their account was terminated. Now I'm super cautious about who I buy from. I probably shouldn't be so concerned, but it seems like much shady practice has been going down on ebay lately.

There is a guy called sweetstuff4u, or something like that, who I bought from recently.

He must have had 20 or so copies of Alien vs Predator for the Atari Jaguar, nearly all of them like new (but not sealed). They all showed up at once over a 4 week period with a reasonable BIN price.

I bought one copy myself and know that at least two or three others have been accounted for (meaning the buyers received them). He goes under at least one or two other aliases, but doesn't have a history of problems. As far as I can tell, he is very legit.

I don't know where on earth he got all those copies of that one game (AVP) but he had them and the copies I know of were indeed mint, including the one he sold me. Those and doubles/triples of a whole pile of other Jaguar games.
