Hi, Just wanted to let everyone know that you do not want to bid on anything from(videogamesuperstore) on ebay i got burned bad.
I won an auction with a system and games. Reason i bid was for the bubble bobble 2, well anyways when i get my items i found a bubble bobble 1 instead with half the label missing at that. I e-mailed him for a couple weeks no response. I get an e-mail back about 2 weeks later stating "my wifes dad was sick i was out of town". I said not a problem since he said he would send out within the next day or two. another 2 weeks went by i sent an e-mail checking to see when he sent no response a few e-mails later still nothing, I gave him 2 months with no response and 3 warning e-mails of bad feedback before i did it. so he waits till the 60 days is expired so i can not do anything about it and he gives me a bad feedback. so i get shafted both ways. the thing that gets me is in his auction he states 100% satisfaction or complete refund, right! I will take partial resposability for this one for being to nice won't happen again.

How about posting a link to the auction you got burnt on (or another of his)

I couldn't find him using either "videogame super store" or "videogamesuperstore".
I'd first try to file a complaint with eBay to get the negative taken off your account, although they usually don't care.
Failing that, there are ways to get revenge ;)

NEVER Give a seller more than 30 days for ANY reason.
Funny thing about ebay sellers AND bidders, they are ALL sick and have at least 2 dying relatives on ANY given day of the year.

To tell you the truth, I've read the auction description 3 times and still can't figure out what the hell he's selling.
"NINTENDO NES SEGA GENESIS GAME GENIE LOADED"???
A What?
"YOU GET A GAME GENIE AND COMES WITH THE FOLLOWING GREAT TITLES"?!?
So I guess you play the games on the Game Genie?
What console if any is he actually selling to you in this auction?

What I do when i get burned was contact every high bidder on a sellers current auctions and explained how I was ripped off by this guy. I just prepared something on Windows Notepad and cut and pasted it onto the email I was sending. I did this for months to one particular seller. I was ticked.

Yes, I am also sick and fucking tired of sellers' relatives dying. First of all, people should never, ever give that excuse, because even if it's true, it makes you sound like a bullshit artist. Second, you still have a responsiblity to people who sent you fucking money. So get your shit together, and at least let me know that it's gonna be delayed somewhat, you dildo. (sorry, I had to deal with someone like this recently)
Sorry to hear about that, Chris. Maybe you should take brisk's advice, and sabotage this guy's auctions.

I'd volunteer to sabotage the auction. My online account package allows up to 5 email addresses so I won't need any CC to register with eBay. Plus I can change or close old email addresses so I could run inm, bid on all current auctions, and then close my email address the day after his auction ends.
He'd probably end up registering under new account with different email address.

I wonder if someone's come up with an automatic eBay excuse generator yet?
"I'm sorry that I didn't reply to your e-mail message, but my [neighbour's] [cat] suddenly became very [prune-like] and had to have an emergency [nose job]. As a result, I was forced to go to a [delicatessen] in [Madagascar] and was unable to access my messages."
It'll happen someday.
