So, what is this? I picked one up recently. Is it considered a computer or a video game console?

I'd say computer, though I suppose many will remember it more for its cartridge games. (Is this going to get moved to Classic Computing now?)
Not quite sure where you would place it graphically compared to the other systems of its time; there were just so many of them back then!
And while we're on the subject, someone please identify this game (http://www.digitpress.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=1042) already. It's been four years!
