Anyone know a source for 8-10 LCD tvs cheap?

I need to buy 8-10 LCD tvs. They will be wall moounted, and would prefer 4:3 ratio. 10"-15" size works, but would like to stay below $200.00 each is possible. The lower the better obv~

Do they need to have a TV tuner? Or just A/V in?
