warzard's availability

I have recently taken a big intrest in the arcade only warzard
by capcom. I want to ask two questions about it.
How rare is it on a scale from 1 to 10, and if you have played it whats your opinion on the game? Is it worth looking for, or was it a dissapionting title?
I've read some stuff about around the net and I just want to hear some opinions.

My opinion about this Warzard´s Rarity is 10 because i never seen this arcade machine in my country.

Warzard is known as Red Earth in USA.

I know Warzard / Red Earth because for his charcaters makes participations in other games.

Warzard never released for consoles, this fact contribuites for his obscurity.
