Can anyone recommend one, or even better point me to where I could buy a good one? Windows compatible with a USB plug.

Cheap - find that Pelican Arcade Stick and get a PSX-USB plug.

Not cheap - Slik Stik

Wow that's nice. I don't need anything that nice just something to get the job done. So about the PSX to USB adapter, will that works with windows fine? Because I tried using my DOA4 stick and it said it wouldn't work with Windows.

I've used several different adapters and several different sticks in Windows XP w/ MAME32 with no problem (well, you know, with the occassional MAME issues but they did work). I've used a Blaze Twin Arcade Stick, a Pelican stick, an Interact stick, regular PSX/PS2 pads, etc. I found the Pelican to be the best of the "mass-produced" sticks, although I didn't try any of the various Namco/Capcom sticks.
