I have many of the Pokemon Colosseum demo discs. I saw on EBAY they go for $30-40 sealed. Is that about right?

I also have these... completely mint condition and the game is sealed. How much could I get for those?

Also, how much does a sealed FFT (non-GH) game go for? I didn't see that on ebay.
