I was actually shocked at the response for this one. Turns out nearly everyone that saw it thought it was REALLY Alexey Pazhitnov's hat!!! I have friends that are cynical gamers, ones that never believe anything, asking me how I managed to get his hat! I about choked laughing at the awe in some of their messages. Just goes to show you how far a professional looking auction will take you. Not to mention people are actually BIDDING on the thing!
I picked the hat up at the local Salvation Army down the street. I've always like military paraphenelia, and I couldn't resist. Then I came home and noticed the contest. I looked down at the hat I'd just bought that was sitting there on the floor. Russian hat....video games...russian video games...TETRIS! It's a TETRIS hat! It smelled kinda funny...like someone wore it a lot, so I listed it as still smelling like his head. Couldn't resist. And the damned auction has had over 450 hits with 3 days still left! I was quite impressed, as even the actually rare games I've sold never get that kind of action :o
Anyway, give me your vote! Save the hat! :puppydogeyes:
