Picked this up today, along with Hotel Mario, Cartoon Carnival & Caesars World of Boxing. I was surprised to find it listed as unknown publisher, unknown rarity, etc in the database.
I've got this info from the case:

Produced by the Smithsonian Institution in association wiht Philips Interactive Media
The manual says: Produced by Philips Interactive Media Inc and the Smithsonian Institution.
