If you paid by PayPal, put a claim in right now. You only have 30 days to do so, IIRC.

I told you i shipped the menace beach long ago, and i believe we reached an agreement that if you do not receive it by saturday, i will refund you minus the shipping cost (which was like $2). I have decided not to sell the Chessmaster and Donkey Kong 3.

That would put him just outside of his PayPal protection period. I hope you do the right thing and return his money.

You really should have waited a bit before you started blasting NEScollector1982 and him not sending your game. Normally, I wouldn't get involved buy you really should read the Buying and Selling rules here, notably, this one:
