Haha that's funny.

It's described as "Like New", and "Sealed", which is accurate. He's not doing anything wrong, just being tricky and hoping some n00b will fall for it.

How can a game be Sealed and Like New at the same time??

There's a big difference between "sealed" and "factory sealed." A factory sealed game has to be new, but anything resealed is sealed in plastic, whether or not that should give it any more value.

It might be true tho. I've recieved homemade sealed Famicom and smallbox NES games. None of these was originaly sealed, but if you dont really collect you might think they are factory sealed.
