This was just leaked out today, and is apparently from an employee at "Gamespot".

http://gonintendo.com/?p=5539

It seems genuine. If this is infact the game price, it seems reasonable. Although the game list leaves me dissapointed.

Thoughts? Concerns? Excitement?

I believe they recently announced Zelda would be pushed back, as is the same for the DS release.

I am not sure about Mario, that also suprised me. Although no mario title launched with the gamecube either.

Oh ok. Maybe delayed then. No problem for me tho, im not getting it before maybe 1 year anyway hehe :)

Btw, do anyone feel that too many games on launch date is a "negative" thing? Will be harder to chose ;)

You've only posted a link to the Gamestop release list? Where's the Gamespot one?

And seriously FUCK game journalism in the ass. I can never say this enough times.

Why does this blog entry call the Gamestop one a leak? All Gamestops have a binder of these printed up for people to look at. We even give them out to people on request.

Nintendo stated at E3 that Mario would not be a launch title, but rather following it by a month or two.

This would be the first that I've heard about Zelda though. When did that get delayed again?

Because it's just a little shitty blog that wants to act like one of the big boys so they can spend mommy's funds to get into the big conventions and whatnot.

I mean that GameStop release list, we haven't even updated it for almost a month except to drop Metroid Prime 3: Corruption off of it. If the rest of the game journalim "industry" were routinely above this nonsense I wouldn't care but I'm willing to bet IGN or someone else will pick this up.

The notion of it being delayed again is based solely on this Gamestop coming soon list. I believe it's simply because Nintendo hasn't announced an OFFICIAL official date for it. So figure in two day we'll know.

If no one has actually noticed, this list is just 3rd party titiles. And not even all of them.

This is by no means comprehensive or official.

Nintendo has stated multiple times and sworn to commit Zelda: Twilight Princess on launch day. Have no doubts about it, it will be available day one.

I did just notice that the list was third part only. And I had previously lied about the Zelda delay for the Wii, but Mario I believe may not be a release title.

The DS Zelda (Phantom Hourglass) was confirmed as being delayed earlier this month, and will be pushed back until winter I believe.

Cheers.

Umm that list has been there since like june. Infact its cut off at the top but when an employee does a pre-order for those games it under the Dreamcast catagory.

There is a ps3 list too and thats under the Nintendo 64 catagory.

I wouldn't trust this...AT ALL.

Lame....

Yeah like I said the only update to it happened about a month ago, which was to drop Metroid Prime 3 (and then I think a week later they dropped) and the other first party titles since Nintendo's going to give us a set date for them in about twenty hours now.
