So do you play your Game Boy, Game Gear, Lynx, Nomad, DS, etc.. while you are on the potty? Ever have any mishaps? (Brown buttons, toilet drenched systems, etc.)
What are your favorite games to play while on the pot? Something quick like Tetris for when you have the runs? Or Final Fantasy type RPG for those days when it doesn't come out so easilly?
WELL?

Ah, gotta love it.
Tetris DS or Wario Ware is perfect for this.
But of course, the ideal choice would be a modded Turbo Express with Toilet Kids. Wah wah waaaaaah.

I'm guilty of this. lol Play the gameboy (or read comics) while sitting and waiting. I usually play just whatever was left in the system unless it's a game I protest. The game I've probably played the most while on the porcelian pony is Zelda: LA, Zelda Classic, Zelda: LTTP, Zelda: OoA, and yeah, you got the point....Zelda games :)

^^; Yeah. It's usually Pokemon Pinball or Pinball of The Dead on my GBA SP. Heh. Funny it's usually pinball. LOL
Sad thing is, I'm usually only in there for 2-3 minutes, tops. Longer if I've eaten too much grease earlier. I guess I just hate staring at the walls while I take care of bizness. :/
Don't forget: Drop one, flush one.

Oh, yeah. It's either that or peruse through the stack 2 -3 year old backissues of Ladies Home Journal my wife can't seem to let go of.
What do Link's Awakening, Oracle of Ages, Warlocked and Final Fantasy Legends II and III all have in common? They're all games I beat with my pants down around my ankles. 8-)
Never had any technical mishaps, but more than once I've had to lay on the floor owing to a total loss of circulation in the legs.
Best Gameboy puzzlers for the bathroom = Dr Mario and Flipull.
I recently replaced the GBA with the Nomad as the handheld of choice for bio-breaks. I play a lot of F22 Interceptor. Real pilots don't even have this sort of luxury.

Brown buttons.... gross. :hmm: LOL
Haha LOL
I voted "no way!", but im not afraid that the system will be damaged (possibly by the bad smell? LOL). I never sat at the toilet for like 15 min. so it wouldnt be enough time to really start playing.
I voted no way. Only because I don't spend enough time on the pot to get into a good gaming zone.

Oh, I usually don't take longer than just a few minutes but when I have the gameboy with me, I usually just sit there and finish whatever I'm doing in the game before getting up. lol Same way with comics. I'll finish reading the comic before getting up.

I don't purposely grab a game system to use in the bathroom. But if I'm already playing a game, in it goes with me.
This reminds me of the old wavebird ads that showed a guy sitting on the toliet, playing gamecube via a bathroom mirror.

Bathroom Duty is usually relegated to the "also-rans". In the past the position has been filled by the NGPC, SuperVision, and Game.com. The N-Gage also saw it's share of use, as it's almost always in my pocket. Lately, though, I've kept a Game Boy Pocket in there for some Tetris fun.
Let me be clear, Bathroom Duty is not a post of shame. It is a proud and important position. Not every system can handle the responsibility. I'm looking at you Lynx.

I used to play my GB all the time but I"ve moved up to my PSP. Mostly, I play emulated NES games on the shitter.
Nothing like playing Tecmo Super Bowl and at the same time "taking the browns to the superbowl." :D

what you realy need is a toilet entertainment system
an intelligent seat that begins to warm as it detects your @ss coming in for the blow (probbaly ultra sonic)
Next it would have to verify some one is actualy sitting there (scale)
Then it would have to detect someone is actualy taking a number 2 (methane sensor)
all of the sudden you get this screen and controler pop up between your legs and you hear this plesant voice - "Comfort station activated, feel free to relieve your self while i entertain you"
It probbaly could be customized to each member of the house hold (scale and voice)
Rez could be a launch title

LOL Havn't heard that in awhile. :D
If I happen to have a handheld in my pocket or being played at the time, or if while walking towards the bathroom there's a system staring at me then yes, I bring it on in. GBC is my most frequent choice due to size, longer battery life and a bunch of games with save slots so I can pick up from some few weeks or months ago. My only problem is the lack of back light, lucky for me I sit on the can with the lights on.

So you talk on the can? I hope you don't do that at work. People might think you are having REAL problems.
"Red."
"Brown."
"Green."
"Yellow."
I admit that all I really play is Hearts on my Treo 700p while in disposed of. I've thought of getting some other games going on it, but Hearts has distracted me satisfactorily for a few years going.

Bwahhaaha, watch out for that control pad, might have a little crust around it! Don't ask where the stylus has been!! 8-) But in all seriousness, my good systems have never been in the Potty, usually if one goes in it's an old damaged Brick GB I picked up at a flea market a few years ago!

In my last place, I had a tupperware box full of wal-mart handhelds next to the throne. I had battleship, tetris, monopoly, yahtzee!, deer hunter, and a few more... It worked out pretty well, but I would really only play Yhatzee! or Battleship

Someone should make a Mr. Hanky game for this purpose.
Well I guess now I know a good use for that shitty Pinball Tycoon game... should help to loosen up stubborn turds...

I don't. Just for the simple fact that I drink a lot of beer and usually don't have to wait around to long for Shit to happen.
Although the women of the house have a stack of those "1001 in 1" type of handhelds and solitaire and blackjack and that kind of stuff, for when their "Going to the bathroom"

Not since I dropped a VMU into the can (I was doing the Zombie Revenge mini-game).
Plus, it just kind of seems gross to me now, but not as bad as the people at my job that bring stuff like laptops and FOOD into the can with them... and then don't wash their hands x_x

I'm glad I'm not the only one!
I like short games that I can easily pick up and put back down... like Warioware Touched or Tringo. I also play my cell phone in the potty sometimes.
