Any way to play Euro games on US Xbox?

I was reading the topic on playing Euro games on a US PS2 and it got me wondering if I can play Euro games on a US Xbox. The one game I was looking to play was Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy and I figured my Xbox library is ridiculously small so I wanted to add it to there. Do I have any options other than a mod chip?

Any sort of mod will work, soft mod and tsop flash are both free...
