It's a weird clone, and it's untested as I don't have the PS and I have no idea what the rating would be. It includes the gun, 2 controllers, cartridge it came with (don't know if it was sold with it) that is a multicart, console (which is in ok condition- there are some marks on the top), foam and box. Again, untested, as-is, and assume it doesn't work if that's important to you. No returns on this. Look at the pix closely.

I'd like to get $30 for it shipped inside the US. It will be a 4 pound package. $40 to Canada by Air. $60 to anywhere else by Air. I take paypal.

That box looks an awful lot like the packaging for a Japanese Megadrive. My guess would be that it's a Genesis/MD clone and not Famicom. Just conjecture, mind you - feel free to correct me.

It's a famiclone, by virtue of the cartridge shape and pin number. Still, it's a copycat of the Megadrive in style. Quite silly.

WTF. That light gun is an exact copy of a Laser Tag gun.

Can't these guys design anything themselves?

The probably cop the molds from stuff in production. Not to mention the designs when they don't have a mold. It's a long held tradition of piracy in Asia. If it weren't a copy of something, it wouldn't be a pirate- it would be original.
