View Full Version : All-yellow Game Boy Camera?

I stumbled upon this at the flea market; I'm hoping someone will know more about it and reply before I leave. ;p
A seller there had a Game Boy Camera which was entirely yellow. Most of the pictures I've found online show that only the lens housing was yellow and that the cart was black, but the one I saw was entirely yellow. It was being sold with a yellow Game Boy Pocket, which was curious.
Any idea of what this was packaged with? Or if it's rare or something?

I don't think it was an Euro version. Who knows.

On the GameBoy Camera, the cartridge that the lens is on, the front half of the cartridge is black while the back half of the cartridge is the color of the lens. You were looking at the back of the cartridge.

I got a yellow GB Camera in Japan (Himeji) for 500Y, brand-new, back in 2001.
I still have it somewhere, although I haven't used it in ages.
I used it at the time to take pictures of monkeys in Arashiyama though, which are still on there, I imagine ^_^
I still have the original box/packaging, plastic, and everything.
