DP Family Fued starts at 10:00PM EST. If you want to play, show up at the room then and we'll draw teams. There will be three games played with six questions per a game.

Come one, come all. But there are some rules.
1. If you are not a player in the current game, do not say any answers. Do not hint at answers.
2. Do not PM answers to your teammates. If you are just watching, do not PM answers to any players.
3. If you are watching the game, all chatter not related to revealing or hinting at answers is allowed. You can laugh at people, make fun of them, whatever. But no answers, or no hinting at answers. After an answer is given, right or wrong, then it becomes grounds to talk about it.
4. In the event a player disappears from the room, a sub will replace them without any delay. If that player returns to the room, he will take his spot back right away.
HOW THE GAME WILL BE PLAYED
Once the teams are decided, the teams will need to choose which order they will go in.
At the begining of each round, two players will 'faceoff' against each other. I will read the question. The first player to say "BUZZ!" exactly how I wrote it (all caps, with a "!") gets to answer the question. If the answer they give is #1, that player will get to choose if his team wants to play or pass. If the answer is not #1, then the other player gets a chance to answer. If the second player gives a better answer, then that player would get to choose if his team plays or passes.
The team who 'controls the board' will give answers one player at a time. The controling team cannot openly (or in PMs) discuss answers. The other team can discuss answers in PMs if they wish. The controling team can continue to answer until they have given all the correct answers or until they have given three incorrect answers. If a team gives three incorrect answers, the other team can steal all the points earned. All the players on the other team can say a suggestion and then it will be up to the team's captain to use one of those answers, or to come up with one of his own. If the answer they give is on the board, they get all the controling team earned. If the answer given is not on the board, the controling team gets the points.
Each game will have six rounds. Some questions will be worth double or triple the point value. On games where the value is worth triple the points, one incorrect answer will give the other team a chance to steal the bank.
At the end of six rounds, the team with the highest score wins! No bonus rounds will be played because it would be too hard to do in the chat room and the bonus round questions could be better used in a seperate game so that everyone has a chance to play.
Everyone who shows up should get a chance to play. But moderators will be in the room to boot anyone breaks the rules. No cheating people. We're going to have a lot of fun. 20 New Questions are waiting in the wings if everything goes smoothly tonight. I can't wait. Should be a lot of fun!
