She's been sitting in a friend's storage unit for about 5 years now. The first 2 years I knew him, he wouldn't even admit to owning this. But I finally managed to make an offer that he was willing to accept.
I've got her torn down a bit to do some cleaning, but everything is there and everything works. Just need to do a quick rebuild kit on the yoke and put it all back together.
She's even still on the original 25" amplifone, but with a much nicer wintron flyback so I should be ok for years to come (hope so anyway, those flybacks have gotten pricey lately)!!!

Which one is this, it doesn't look like the Original Star Wars Arcade, Empire?

Nope, it's the original. ESB kinda sucks, but I do want to put in one of the multi kits, just for a change.

Yeah I've always enjoyed the original more then the sequels. And the sitdown is the way to be, since playing the one at Funspot in NH you can't go back to playing standup. (Well you can, but its more fun sitting) Congrats, I hope to get one of those some day. That and the S.T.U.N Runner I want should take up a lot of space in my future house.

Thanks Rob! Next time you make it to Dallas you'll have to come by and check it out in person! I still need to show you how to cap a monitor sometime. Get Brian to come out and we'll make a party of it!

You know, one of my best friends (Arcane, from my book) lives in Irving. I've been meaning to make it down that way anyway and visit him. The weekend after next I'm going to Chicago for that Commodore convention, but maybe a couple of weekends after that I'll make it down.

Great score! Hasn't been converted to hell plus it is an original 25 inch? Very cool!

Sometimes locating a sitdown SW isn't the hard part...it is prying the damn thing out of a collector's cold dead hands. ;)
