Since they will be so expensive, i wonder if there will be a few game stores robbed overnight before the launch. Must be tempting for criminals, if you got 10 of them from one shop thats a heck of a lot of money.

I remember when 2 New Jersey funcoland employees got shot in the head for next gen systems.
That really creeped me out. So so sad..

People do crazy things. The games they took are now on the shelf for 5 bucks or less and the system super cheap. 2 lives lost. You can read about it they scaned the actual paper clips . under the latest news links.

Judging by the 20gb I take it these are the 500.00 systems. I wonder if the 600.00 boxes will look different?
My hype meter just went up 50 percent.

I am so nervous because I can count on my hands the number of times I spent more than 500.00 on an item at retail. I hate buyers remorse. Its funny the wii at 250 looks like a no brainer with games. I wish there was a way to slowly pay it off. November should be an interesting month indeed.

At least the cases are pretty cool looking. I'm digging all the clear cases this generation, however as neat as the neon 360 green looks with a lot of games, sometimes the colors look equally awful. It's cool that Sony's going with no tint what-so-ever. It'll match all games without clashing.

Not that I'm judging either system on it's cases. Just saying from a how it all looks on the shelf perspective.

Those aren't retail PS3s...they're empty display boxes for TGS. Note the flimsy-ness of the corners, they boxes also don't match the chrome 60 gig versions the guys are placing into the kiosks.

I heard Ridge Racer 7 crashed a PS3 / Dev Kit.

My baby knows where it's home is. PSX ;)
