My bad. It must have left the factory without a manual.

Dictionary.com...

I know what u mean, but mint is used to describe the condition only, not whats included.

Here's another minty-mint game, it's even LIKE NEW!

I'm sure it left the factory with the sides of the cardboard box all flat and smushed.

The problem is she believes that the title has nothing to do with the actual description.

This post is quite pointless as is this comment pointing that out....

what are you talking about dude. He did not say it was complete, but what he did say was that basically what was included in the auction was in mint condition.

I don't know man, I think you're wrong. If somebody sells a cart-only game, and labels it "MINT" (and it is), is it not mint?
People do that all the time both here and on ebay.
'Factory sealed' (or 'complete', I guess) means it should everything... but mint just applies to what the seller is referring too.

This is why I try to completely avoid using the world "mint" in my auctions, because everyone seems to take it a different way. I hate selling a game in top notch condition that I listed as mint, only to get an anal buyer send me an e-mail after recieving the game with a comment such as "There's a little dent in the label above the letter "r" in Mario I want a refund blargh blargh blargh".

lol that willy beamish does look a little rough to even have the word mint in the auction though :/

It also works with the word new as well.

MINT to me means as good as the day it was produced & complete... this is in no doubt in excellent condition but still not complete.

but changing the subject for a moment.. How many games are listed as RARE!!! when they are so common its hard to walk down the street without tripping over one.
