Alright, I'm working on a special semi-related mod project now but before I can go any further I have a few questions. Hopefully someone here has done this before and can at least confirm my findings.
I have a USA Model 2 Saturn I want to switch into the EUR region mode. From my research I've gathered that the only jumper difference between USA and EUR is point 12/13. The common point would go to GND for USA and +5v for EUR, via a SPDT switch. Is this correct?
Also if I was to switch a USA Saturn into EUR mode, would I have any problems outputting onto an NTSC TV with the standard Saturn AV composite cable? Bascially I'm trying to hardmod USA/EUR mode into a Saturn so something like an Action Replay won't have to be used for EUR games.
Any information would be helpful.
