Yea most of the time this is a bunch of bull #@%/.
But I have opened up overseas items first to make sure they are complete and working before selling them.
Like Game Axe and Nes Clones. And good thing to because a lot of times they are broke or missing parts (battery compartment doors , etc). LOL
