Selling almost my entire collection

I plan on selling a very very large chunk of my collection as I need the money to pay off my visa, and hopefully the new laptop I just bought.

I'll probably be selling over 900 games, a handful of consoles, and maybe a couple of other things, and was just wondering if I could make over 5000 (CDN) in a lot. I have a partially compiled list of the games I'll be selling (not sure if I have a complete one anywhere, I'll be hopefully have that finished next week as I have plenty of free time then).

Also, would it be better for me to wait a bit later before I sell, or is now a good time?

I think now is a good time. October 1st (pretty much almost) and by now the kids are well a month plus into school, the days will soon get colder, darker faster and let's face it these are the best 3 months to be gaming (at least IMHO) and I think it's great for sellers to sell now.

The summer months are buyer's heaven.

The winter is seller's paradise.

I plan to auction the rest of my GEN titles later this month.

While I was more referring to 2 new consoles coming out, the seasonal buyers are a good point to.
