What games support this? I’m guessing it was a Japan release only right?

Is that a Nintendo product or third party?

There was a fishing controller for the N64 released in the U.S., but it was from MadCatz and had a totally different design from that one.

I actually like it quite a bit. More than the Dreamcast fishing controller and probably more than this Japanese one from the looks of it.

The only game I know of that the MadCatz fishing controller is directly compatible with is Bass Masters 64, I haven't tried it with Shigesato Itoi's No 1 Bass Fishing, though it probably works with that, too (or is that just the Japanese name of Bass Masters 64?). Of course, it actually works with all N64 games since it has a full control layout.

I believe it's also designed for use with the second Nushi Tsuri game (Legend of the River King to us in the West).

I have a question about the playstation fishing controller - I have one, not the Agetec one, a no-name brand. Are they supposed to be "rumble" compatible? It doesn't vibrate with the one fishing game that I have, Fisherman's Bait, although with a Dual Shock controller, it does vibrate.
