It's a nice little scam, though completely legal and complies with all of eBay's policies. The seller states multiples times that it's ONLY an email address, but some unsuspecting n00b sees it, this its a PS3, gets excited, and purchases it. Most of them require immediate payment too. It works basically the same way as the empty box scam works.

Yep, a typical legal scam. Usualy only people with very low feedback who fall for them tho.
