This person ripped me off. They stole my monitor that's probably going to cost more than I paid for the whole machine to replace and a little over $100. It's too late for Ebay or Paypal to do anything about it so I've sent the message below to 3 arcade newsgroups and I left them negative feedback. What else can I do? Anyone know of any popular arcade message boards?
Thanks for any help you can give.

Anybody here deal with these guys? I purchased this item on Ebay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=6255161135
and sent my Asteroids Deluxe cocktail monitor to them to be repaired in
July. When they sent me the Ebay Invoice the price was higher than the
$65 that the description stated. I guess that should have been a
warning sign. After they received it and supposedly worked on it they
said it needed some additional repair that would cost $25. I sent them
the money and it was supposed to be repaired ASAP. It was "boxed up
and ready to go" in the first weeks of September. I've been very
patient with them and even ignored their obvious lie that it was sent
to the wrong address and returned. I've asked for a tracking number
many times and the only response has been excuses. I don't know what
they really did with my monitor but I don't think I'm ever getting it
back. It's too late for me to get any money back through Paypal or
Ebay so I'm going to do what I can do to spread the word about them.
They have great feedback on Ebay so I'm not sure why they chose to rip
me off but they did.
Thanks, Toby Wickwire

Toby,

What's the word on this? I noticed that he replied to your feedback. Have you received any tracking information?

keep us updated.

I haven't looked at what he replied yet. He still hasn't emailed me at all or provided me with a tracking number. He responded to a message I left on an arcade newsgroup and said it's on it's way but I don't believe him. I'm sure he's just way behind in his work but if that's the case he shouldn't still have Ebay auctions for his services. I'm not going to retract anything I've said or done until I see the monitor. Other people have emailed me saying they've had similar problems with him.

was it fixed?

Hi, yes I guess it's fixed. I'm still having problems so I'm getting the board repaired now. I guess the guy is just way behind in his work and I don't feel like he was very honest with me about when my package was shipped. He claims he sent it to the wrong address and it was returned but he would never provide the tracking number so I could check out his story. Either way it still shouldn't have taken 3 months.
