I am taking a leave of absence from work to pursue one of my lifelong dreams of trekking through the remote wilderness of David Thompson and Alexander Mackenzie. Towards this endeavor, I am cleaning my closets (finally) of all my extras. This is the first batch of what will be many items to come. I will hopefully publish a book and many articles of my adventure. This takes time and money. Time I will have. Money will be tight

I will be leaving in the Spring. Lots of gear to buy and such. It'll be alot like a National Geographic Expedition in retracing many of the early explorers trips as well as a "last chance" to see somethings that are disappearing due to global warming, loss of natural habitat, etc... (A psuedo scientic endeavor). It will be a 3 1/2 month adventure trip that my 11 year old son and I will take together. I plan on publishing a book, documenting my findings, explorations and fun times.

I've been going to the interior of Alaska and BC for years. Mainly to the "accessible" places. This time around we will go where few have trodden before.
