I love the 360...and my wallet hates it.

I am gonna be so unbelievably happy and poor by mid-November it's ridiculous. Just look at this list of upcoming 360 releases:

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 07
Marvel Ultimate Alliance
Phantasy Star Universe
Need For Speed Carbon
Blitz The League Overtime
Call of Duty 3
Tony Hawk's Project 8
Fuzion Frenzy 2

Viva Pinata

Not all of these are for everyone, of course...but you can't tell me there aren't a LEAST 5-10 of these that catch your eye. And then there's new XBLA greatness, Guitar Hero II, Power Stone Collection...and of course two whole new systems to check out and get games for. I don't know how I'm gonna go about getting all the new titles I'd like to get, and I probably will have to pick and choose...cest la vie, I guess.

So...what's YOUR wallet's status shaping up to be this holiday season?

I dunno about Viva Pinata, that may be for my nephews. And I wasn't altogether pleased with the Sonic demo.

Already beaten FEAR on my PC. But I may give it another go for the achievement points. And I'll definately buy it if the PC expansion pack is phased into the 360 version. But that's unlikely...

Lets not also forget the money I'll probably be spending on getting some arcade titles.

With the exception of Viva Pinata (the only game on the list with the potential to be remotely original) everything else looks like the usual and unispired mass-produced trash to me :/

That's the way to do it. I agree wholeheartedly. I rent Xbox 360 games for a whole month for only $3.50. You can't beat that. Why buy when you can lease? They best part is, at only $3.50 per month, you can rent them for 5 or 6 months straight if you really wanted to. So you don't have to be of the mindset that you have to return it soon, you can do a long term rental.
