is there anyway after logging in to get back to the rarity guide while still logged in so i can manage my collection list

Click on the large DP logo on the top of the screen. They click on the rarity guide link on the top left.

I can't because the screen I come to when I log in just has a wood background with no DP logo...it just has a scroll with Chronicles: A Theme for PHPBB written on it.

Go into your profile and change the template to "Sub-red". For some reason you're in the woodgrain template which has different features.

Correction; it is "board style" (not template) and your current style is "chronicles" (not woodgrain).
