Does anybody know if Super Puzzle Fighter 2X (DC) is significantly different from the PSX and Saturn Puzzle Fighter games?

I know you can play the DC one online in Japan. Besides that, I don't know if anything is different.

$27.00 is a great price though.

I found a review that answers my question. SPFII X FMS includes two new modes and VGA support.
