Why is it that the label is in English and the writing on the chips is japanese? Did someone make that label for it?

If I'm correct, that label is standard for Tecmo protos. I know Buyatari's Temco proto has a very similar label.

I was wondering the same thing myself, but Hounder is right. All the other Tecmo protos I've seen have the same label...football and baseball. So it's authentic.
DreamTR confirmed authenticity for me as well.
