Carnage Heart - DP Advance Error?

The DP Advance Guide says that this is a 2 CD game. My copy came in a double CD case but the cover says that it's only 1 CD game. Am I missing a demo CD or something not necessary to play the game or is this just a typo in the guide?

There are two discs. The second disc is labeled "Mission Briefing". I don't remember ever playing the game so I don't know if this second disc is essential (it's probably just strategy videos or something).

The box does in fact say 1 disc.

The mission briefing disc is basically a 'how to' for learning the strategies for laying out your chips into your mech. It doesn't have a SCUS number on the disc, though for it to be complete the game needs both discs, not that its needed for the actual game.
