I do not know this site...
I do, however, suggest you check your local yellow/white pages superpages.com, aswell for local pawn and thrift stores in your area..... this is a good way to locate them, as I recently also directly found out for my area.

This summer there was a link posted in the forums to a web site which lists flea markets across the United States. It did not mention thrift stores or pawn shops, though. Are you sure this isn't the link you are referring to?

That flea market guide lists flea markets in my area that have been closed for 10 years! Sorry I don't know the URL but I have seen it before.

The above person is right. The only Major "Flea Market Listing" online I can think of is always severly oudated, listing flea markets that have been closed for over 9/10 years. It's an old, old website. It is not an accurate source whatsoever.
CHeck your yellow pages and superpages as I suggest for Flea Markets aswell, these are usually listed in there... there needs to be an OFFICE Number somewhere afterall to by lot space.

I've found quite a few local ones through Google maps. I've found a lot of thrift stores that way too.
