Video card games (not poker...) suugestions??

I have been playing Cardfighters clash (NGPC) a lot lately and was wondering if there were other games that was released that was in the same genre??

I heard of Culdcept (sp?) that seems to be interesting, but I am looking for more. Ideas? Could be on any consoles really...

The Pokemon - TCG Game for the Gameboy Color might be up your alley. It's not a bad game. Can be difficult during the later parts of the game. One of the GBC Games I enjoyed the most.

The Monster Rancher Battle Card Game II on the PSX was amazing...though the first few tournaments you get your ass handed to you. Like the regular games, you can use game / music cds to create new cards for your deck.

There was a cardgames thing that came out for the PSX and it had a bunch of diffrent games besides poker, and it only cost I believe 5 dollars.

I will second this recomendation. Very fun game here IMO!

Sure, ya got to admit, that it is just the trading card game put into a video game form so you can play alone (and not have to buy and collect and trade cards with real people for real money), but it is still fun and quite easy to lear even if ya have never played Pokemon.

I will also point out that the rules are based on the good classic rules for the trading card game and there are only the origional 150 (or 151, not sure if mew is hidden in the game or not) Pokemon along with the origional non-Pokemon cards. (personaly, I love this, as the newer games and stuff have way to many pokemon IMO)

Any more games I should be aware of? I know Cardfighters clash 2 exists, but is very expensive to get. I am open to ideas... could be card board games (a la culdcept) too. :)

I am a big CFC fan too. I highly recommend Pokemon TCG for GBC, Metal Gear Acid and Metal Gear Acid 2. Keep your eyes out for CFC DS also; I have high hopes for that one.

I guess I just found a very good reason to buy soon :) JUst checked a couple of screenshots... Sure have my hopes up for this game!

anyone got CFC 2 Expand Edition btw?? If so, is the game really worth getting despite the high price?
